Love the flavor of pumpkin spice ? Try these easy and delicious pumpkin spiced energy balls! They're vegan, gluten-free, and require no baking.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter (or Almond Butter)
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (plus more to taste)
  • 1/3 cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
  • Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
  1. In a medium sized bowl combine all of the ingredients. Stir together until thoroughly combined.
  2. Place the mixture in the fridge for about 10 minutes
  3. Roll the mixture into approximately 1 inch sized balls
  4. Store the energy bites in an airtight container. Enjoy!
