Pumpkin Spice Energy Bites

Love the flavor of pumpkin spice ? Try these easy and delicious pumpkin spiced energy balls! They're vegan, gluten-free, and require no baking.
Ingredients:
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed Meal
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
1/4 cup Peanut Butter (or Almond Butter)
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (plus more to taste)
1/3 cup Canned Pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
In a medium sized bowl combine all of the ingredients. Stir together until thoroughly combined.
Place the mixture in the fridge for about 10 minutes
Roll the mixture into approximately 1 inch sized balls
Store the energy bites in an airtight container. Enjoy!
