Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp high quality olive oil
- Himalayan Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- On a large baking sheet, toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt & pepper. Make sure the cut side is face-down
- Roast brussels sprouts for 25-30 minutes. At around 20 minutes, stir the sprouts, then finish roasting.
- Add more salt, if desired.
Notes
To make the best brussels sprouts, there are just a few guidelines that will get you there:
- Trim off bottoms and halve the brussels sprouts
- Roast at a high temp
- Don't crowd the pan
- Turn them cut side down to roast
- Wait to stir or turn the brussels sprouts
