Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cantaloupe
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey, or less to taste
- 8-12 oz club soda or prosecco
Instructions
- Puree the cantaloupe, apple cider vinegar, and honey, if using, in a blender
- Strain into a cup or bowl, press on solids, then discard solids
- Divide among 4 glasses filled with ice.
- Add 2-3 ounces of club soda or prosecco to each glass, and garnish with a cantaloupe slice
