Overnight Oats with Chia | Mama Jean's Natural Market

Ingredients:
  • 1 clean jar with lid
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (1/2 cup = 1/2 jar)
  • 1 cup Milk (substitute almond milk if wanted)
  • 2 Tbsp Nuts or Seeds
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp Honey
  • Slices of your favorite fruit (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Throw everything in a jar, screw the lid on top, shake, and off it goes into the fridge. The next morning add a dash of milk, a sweetener (if you want) and enjoy !
