Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Cashews, soaked overnight then drained
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 2 tsp Honey, add more or less to taste
Instructions
- Puree cashews, lemon juice, salt, and honey in a blender
- With blender going, stream in 1/2-2/3 cup water until smooth, and the cashews are a similar texture to yogurt
- Transfer to a storage container or serving bowls
- Layer with raspberries or berries of your choice, and granola
