One way MaMa Jean’s has positively influenced my life: Health and nutrition have been an important aspect of my life. The knowledge I’ve gained here has been mutually beneficial for myself, the customers I interact with, and my family & friends.
My favorite product at MaMa Jean’s is: any Guayaki product, specifically their bottled Organic Terere (Cold Yerba Mate) & Organic Mate Energy Shots. (And organic, cold pressed, unrefined coconut oil!)
I use it because: The company, Guayaki, provides a high quality organic yerba mate, and at the same time, proves it’s possible to be profitable while operating sustainably. For over ten years they have successfully produced organic & fairly traded mate, restored many acres of rainforest, and worked with growers committed to sustainable forest production.
The reason this product makes a difference in my life is: it gives me energy! It is said that yerba mate has “the strength of coffee, the health benefits of tea, and the euphoria of chocolate.” The leaves of the rainforest mate tree naturally contain 24 vitamins and minerals,15 amino acids, and lots of antioxidants, so I feel good drinking it – emotionally and physically.
I’d gladly recommend this for anyone who: needs some healthy organic energy. Or someone looking to replace soda and popular energy drinks that are loaded with harmful ingredients.
One small thing I do everyday to improve my health: avoid GMOs! which isn’t really a small thing
