Crunchy Cultures was started by Anna in 2022 in Seymour, Missouri, when she began fermenting food to address her own health issues. What started as a personal health journey quickly grew into something much bigger. Today, she shares her kimchi, kombucha, krauts, and more so others can experience the benefits of fermentation too—and we’re so thankful she did.
Anna and Robert continue to make small-batch ferments while prioritizing health, sustainability, and education. Beyond creating delicious products, Anna is passionate about teaching others about fermentation through online videos, workshops, and Homesteading Expos, inspiring more people to explore the benefits of fermented foods.
