Simply place your order through our Curbside website shop.mamajeansmarket.com and we’ll take care of the rest. When your order is ready just park in the designated area and give us a call. Leave your trunk open and one of our team members will come out to your car with your order. It’s as easy as that.

Which locations offer Curbside Pick Up?
We have curbside available at our 3530 East Sunshine location.
Can I add additional items to my order after it has been placed?
At this time we are unable to add additional items to your order once it is placed.
When I arrive to pick up my order, what number should I call?
Please call our direct curbside number when you arrive for the fastest service.

Can I earn points with my loyalty card on my order?
We love our loyal Mama Jean’s customers and are happy to use their loyalty card to earn points on any curbside orders.
What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
You can use the substitution option and notes feature to make changes! Giving us detailed information helps! We will substitute your items as best comparable, however, substitutions cannot be price-matched at this time.
As we are fulfilling your order through our online app, some substitutions may not show up in the final email that you receive from us. Please refer to your final receipt attached to your order for a final list of what is included in your order and the accurate total that you were charged.
Is there an extra charge for Curbside Service?
There is a delivery fee is based on miles if you choose our Delivery Service.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order on pick up is $35. The minimum order for a delivery is $50.
When can I pick up my order?
Delivery times will vary depending on how many orders we receive. You can choose the day and time that works for you when you checkout.
Do you offer no-contact delivery or pick up?
Absolutely! Please write any specific instructions or no-contact preference in the “Instructions” box when you checkout.
Will my military or senior discount apply to my Curbside order?
We cannot apply senior and military discounts to Curbside orders.
Can I pay with my EBT card online?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept EBT/SNAP for payment with our curbside service.
What about milk or water bottle returns?
Unfortunately, there is no good way to provide a credit on your curbside order for milk or water bottles at this time.
