Dulse Granules

Homemade Herbal Gomasio

If you love the aroma of toasty sesame seeds and the oceanic saltiness of seaweed, you might soon find this seasoning on your dinner table nightly. This delicious combination of flavors adds a nutritive boost and a subtle richness to any savory recipe.

Ingredients:

-1 cup OG sesame seeds

-1/2 cup dulse granules

-2 Tbsp OG hemp seeds

-2 Tbsp milk thistle seeds

-1 Tbsp Himalayan salt

Directions:

1. Dry toast the sesame by gently warming in a pan over medium heat tossing/stirring frequently.

2. When the oil begins to release and the seeds start to turn golden, remove from heat and place in a bowl to cool. Be very careful not to let them burn!
