Ready to switch to a natural deodorant? Wanting to do an easy cleanse that is helpful to your lymph system? Armpit detoxes are great for:

- increasing the effectiveness of natural deodorants by removing antiperspirant or deodorant build-up

- making the transition from antiperspirant to natural deodorant
This armpit detox uses just two ingredients, Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar & Aztec Healing Clay. Here’s the recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbl. Aztec Healing Clay
- 1-2 tsp of filtered water to get to paste-like consistency
Preparation:
- Mix all of the ingredients in a non-metal bowl with a wooden spoon until the consistency of sour cream.
- Spread an even layer over armpit, and allow to sit for 5-20 minutes.
- Wash paste off in the shower, or with a warm, wet washcloth.
- Repeat daily, or as needed until underarm odor is eliminated, and natural deodorant is non-irritating.
*Note:
*Start with just 5-10 minutes to see how your body will react. You can increase time to 20 minutes as your body adjusts.
*This may cause redness, as it increases bloodflow to the area. The redness will dissapate quickly.
*For very sensitive skin, try mixing in 1/2 Tbl of coconut oil. This will also add some antibacterial properties.
*If the detox paste hurts at all, remove immediately!
