What is it:
MaMa Jean’s Loyalty Program is our FREE in-house point system designed to reward our loyal customers. For every $225 you spend (before tax) you receive $5 in store credit. Your $5 credit will be automatically deducted from your next qualifying purchase of $10 or more after spending $225. Points are earned on regular priced items only.
How it works:
Your cashier will look up your name or phone number with every purchase and have points automatically added to your account. Each point represents a dollar and when you get to 225, the cashier will apply your $5 credit to your purchase. It’s that easy! The credit can be used toward anything at MaMa Jean’s as long as the total purchase is over $10 dollars before tax.
Get Started:
Any cashier can sign you up for our Loyalty Program. To protect your information, this information NEVER LEAVES MAMA JEAN’S. As a security measure, we process all card information in-house. As a result, there is a wait time of 5 to 7 business days, while our employees enter your information into our database.
FAQ:
- Can I Save Up My Credits?
- Your rewards are given as they come in. If you happen to make a purchase large enough to accumulate multiple $5 rewards, you may return to find you have more than a $5 reward. (Lucky you!)
- Can my significant other/roommate also use my card?
- Yes. If you want to share a card with members of your household, that is your choice, but keep in mind that you may also be sharing your $5 rewards with them.
- My cashier forgot to ask if I was a Loyalty Program member. Can I get my points?
- If you realize, after your purchase, that you did not receive points, you may bring your receipt to your cashier to have the points added to your account. This must be done the same day as your purchase. It may take 3 to 4 business days to process this addition, as it is done manually. You may not apply points from purchases made before your card is activated.
- Do you use my info to contact me?
- Only if absolutely necessary (special order pick-up, contest winner, etc). We will never sell or share this info.
