Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices of bacon halved
  • 2 Persian cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 2 medium carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, set a cooling rack on top
  • Lay bacon strips in an even layer, and bake until slightly crisp but still pliable, 11-13 minutes
  • While bacon is cooking, cut cucumber, carrots, and avocado into sections roughly the width of the bacon
  • When bacon is cool enough to touch, spread an even layer of cream cheese on each slice
  • Divide the vegetables evenly between the bacon and place on one end of the bacon strip. Roll up vegetables tightly.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds, and serve!
