Combine the water, dandelion root, chicory root, cardamom, ginger, peppercorn, clove, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes, covered.
Add your milk choice and honey, and bring to a boil again, uncovered.
Remove from heat, and strain into a cup. Discard solids, and enjoy immediately!
