Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz thinly sliced prosciutto cut into 30 long, thin strips
  • 30 asparagus spears trimmed
  • 10 (14 x 9 in.) sheets frozen phyllo dough thawed
  • cooking spray, such as Spectrum non-GMO olive oil cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 450
  • Wrap one strip of prosciutto around the asparagus spear barber pole style
  • Place one sheet of phyllo on a work surface (cover remaining sheets to prevent drying out), and spray with cooking oil. Cut crossway into thirds to create 3 rectangles.
  • Place a prosciutto-wrapped asparagus spear vertically at the short end of the rectangle, and roll up.
  • Arrange rolls on baking sheet, and coat with cooking spray. Repeat process with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until phyllo is golden and crispy. Serve warm or at room temperature.
